Are you aged between 16 and 25? Want to maximise your potential both as a role model and a volunteer? Join Ammanford’s award winning youth theatre for our FREE Peer Leader volunteer training this August!
Over 4 days and 3 nights at Christ College in Brecon, staff and 4 previous peer mentors will help you to develop your leadership skills. We’ll teach you about:
- safeguarding,
- leadership
- inclusion, equality and diversity
- teamwork
- communication
- disability awareness
- leading creative workshops
- health and safety
- and more!
You’ll be together with other young people from across South Wales, so there’ll be plenty of fun, laughter and chances to make new friends. You’ll get valuable experience that will look great on your CV, and a qualification out of it too!
