Young carer Jay invites us to walk in his shoes caring for his mentally ill mother. Jay is part of Barnardo’s Young Carers project and has benefitted from Mind Cymru Bounce project training. Jay has been a very active member in the #Walkinourshoes which on Monday will allow audiences to literally walk in the shoes of young careres experiencing the stress and anxiety they face on a daily basis.
